Re: Archer

Looks like they have smartened up Archer a little bit.

Lana's voice (Aisha Tyler) is pretty fine herself.

Archer in NOLA?

What did I do to deserve this greatness?

"I hated that phone, always dropping calls you know."

"Yeah you were probably holding it wrong."

"For your information Cyril Figgis knows how to beat the worm."

"Yeah, I bet."

Re: Archer

Does anyone else find this show hit or miss? I find that some episodes are hilarious while others just fall flat.

Moreso this season than the first. I only didn't feel the season finale of season 1. This season already 2 episodes were meh to me. This one past and the one in the swamp.

The swamp episode was probably my favorite episode of the season.

I agree of the hit or miss comment to an extent, although I still usually enjoy the episodes that aren't as funny as some of the better ones.

Re: Archer

I've enjoyed the season thus far. It seems this season is more about secondary character development, the Woodhouse episode, and this past episode about Cyril are good examples. I will admit this season has not lived up to the first season, but I have yet to finish an episode and have the thought in my head that "that sucked/wasn't funny". There are hardly any shows on TV these days for which I can say that about. (The Venture Brothers being another one.)

I've had that freakin Pirate virus tune stuck in my head since Thursday... "Wha, whaaa."
