I think we've all seen the scenes where the zombie with no lower half is dragging itself along to get at someone.....

Pared alluded that there might be some reasoning ...I hope so. I guess they are going to fly into the face of the "normal" writing of the zombie genre.
A little disappointing, but not the biggest deal I suppose.
Still....it just is out of place IMO.

I completely agree Knight. I just watched the finale and that part didn't make any sense. I get that the zombies can't actually harm this woman, but they shouldn't be docile because of it. They don't know that they can't harm her. Unless these zombies can think, unlike all of the other ones we've seen.

That was the only part of the episode I didn't like. The rest was awesome. They did a good job of portraying the panic and disorientation that would occur in a situation like that. I can't wait to see what they do with the dynamics of the group next season. I'm mostly curious about Daryl. He said he was behind Rick before Rick laid down the law with everyone. It'll be interesting to see if Rick treats Daryl the same as everyone else, or gives him slack.

Just have faith. As Pared alluded to there are...reasons...that the zombies might not be attacking her.

Plus she's an incredible freakin character.

I am PLEADING with the writers to kill Lori. PLEASE, make her unborn child a zombie and have it rip itself out of her stupid body. And then poop in her dumb, dead mouth.

I'm not sure I've despised a character more than hers.

Looking forward to it.

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 2)

I'm sure there is an explanation why the walkers would not attack her. We really don't know much about the science of these walkers yet. How do we know that taking away their throat, jaw, teeth would not suffice their hunger?

How do we know zombies are biting people and animals because they are hungry? It could be something to satisfy the glands in the mouth or something that connects a mouth gland to its brain. I remember Jenner explaining all the human organs shut down when they turn so what is the purpose of zombie eating flesh and going into their stomach? I'm sure they are not digesting any of it and it stays in their bodies so the purpose has to do with fresh blood going into a zombie brain. I haven't read the comics yet but will soon because I'm curious to find out more about these walkers.

Is it really a bandwagon if everyone is on it?

I've loved every minute of both seasons but where the hell is Tyrese?
