Personally, I don't see how SoA is better than GoT in any way (story, acting, scenery, nothing). I'm fan of SoA, but I'm a bigger fan of GoT.

In my opinion, I'd put GoT, Breaking Bad and Boardwalk Empire (Season 2 of BWE was probably in my Top 5 seasons of any show, of all time) in Tier One of current shows.

In Tier Two I would put SoA and Dexter. Tier Three would be True Blood and American Horror Story. I think that's all of the current shows that I watch. Although, I just started Homeland on On Demand and am only one episode in. I haven't seen enough to rate it yet though.

I won't rank them but I'd put Breaking Bad (#1), Boardwalk Empire, Mad Men, The Good Wife,Sons Of Anarchy, and Suits, above GOT.

Hell, I started an episode in S2 last night and ended up staying up til 4am watching episodes.. tired at work, but it was worth it. Show is so damn addictive.

This has become one of my favorite shows as well. I watched seasons 1-3 over the past year. I just bought 4, so I'll be ready to watch 5 in 2 weeks.
