He IS spiderman too me I dont think he gets enough credit for being both Peter Parker and Spiderman separately in those films, especially in 2.

I read many of the Civil War Graphic Novels..... (about Hulk)....

and I don't remember The Hulk ever being part of them unless there is some I missed which is possible. I remember reading them wondering why he wasn't involved and thinking he didn't want to be bothered with it
