PS5 vs. Xbox Series X vs. PC

I know this is a loaded question with a ton of what-ifs, but I'm going to individiualize it a bit and see what OS thinks. I've pretty much stayed with Sony since MLB The Show came out, and now that is a non-factor come 2021, I'm debating for overall/gaming use which will be better moving forward.

So, here are the things I'm debating and the individualized pros/cons for switching to PC vs. console (as I see them for now):

Pros:
- Productivity - I can use it for work a bit, setup VM's, etc.
- Accessibility - I already have my PS4 setup in my office with a quad monitor setup (32" 4k for my primary)

Cons:
-Game Selection: I still play NHL quite a bit, etc.
-Ease of Use: I'm comfortable with various OS's, etc. and I've built PC's before, etc. but a PS4/XBOX you pretty much turn on and go.
-Travel: I travel a decent bit, not like before, but probably 6 weeks out of the year for work, and generally bring my PS4 with me. I would not rely on wifi to be quick enough to remote into my home network.

Thoughts?
