Re: What to watch on HBO Max?

So you're essentially getting regular HBO and a lot of extra content for the same price ($14.99/month) that you'd pay for a satellite/cable HBO subscription?

I'm assuming an HBO satellite/cable subscription gives you HBO Max at no extra cost?

Correct. It's included with my DirecTV.

Yeah, I'm assuming HBO Now will be going away soon then (?) Makes no sense to pay the same and get less content. Although it seems HBO Max may not be available everywhere yet.

If you have At&t or DTV, you may get it for free. If you pay for HBO, you get it, some wireless plans, and Internet 1000 gets it.

I looked at the featured stuff and there really isn't much to watch. I will probably finish some of the series that I couldn't record from the free previews recently.

I'm signing up whenever the Justice League Dark show starts up.

Re: What to watch on HBO Max?

I cut the cord a while ago.I think I will give this a try for the free week at least. I am trying them all (Neflix,HULU, Disney +).

Disney I have free for a year thru Verizon. So far not really impressed. Of course I like the Mandalorian but one show does not make a service. So unless a change comes, I wont renew to a paid service.

HULU is nice for the few live TV shows I am interested in. Don't mind waiting a day so no real problems there.

Netflix. Well its Netflix, Good balance of content.

If I add HBO Max I will still be paying $70 less a month than I was with TV and Internet bundled with my ISP. With no contracts so I can cancel and renew as finances, needs or tastes change.
