help me understand..so you keep the same team with the same roster? All that saves is creating another league....your previous stats do not get added to the next season for your career,does it?

No, but in leagues like mine, where we have a draft and a FA system, and dedicated GMs, this added feature brings tremendous depth.

Our rosters are VERY different from any of the stock rosters.

Plus, this adds value to injured superstars - shop them around to teams that are out of it for quality contributors for YOUR playoff run.
