bought ps2 for girlfriend for kingdom of hearts and picked up nfl 2k5 again for me on ps2

So, you guys dont want to buy Xbox for just one game huh? I guess im the only one. In fact, I spent over $400 on a used laptop PC off ebay, a brand new and factory sealed Xbox (with the Samsung disc drive), a brand new and factory sealed 2K5 and a brand new and factory sealed AR just so I can keep playing 2K5.

Quite honestly, I tried to create a roster for PS2. I gave up after a week because I cant play with so many negatives. Incorrect years pro, naming issues, fake pics, etc, etc.

And by the way, the PS2 version also has those crappy trades and backup QB glitch in the playoffs unless you control all 32 teams. For me personally, there's no way in hell that I could ever or would ever go back to playing 2K5 on PS2. The only positive that the PS2 version has is the controller but after two years, im used to the S-controller for Xbox.

Good luck guys as you're definitely going to need it.

Ya know, after 3 years of BS from Madden and not recognizing how great 2K5 was when it 1st came out I don't care. I'm working on the roster now, after messing w. the 49ers, I see 19 players I'll have to edit/create. I don't care, I just want to play w/ my buccaneers on the greatest football game of all time. By the way, screw all you xbox players out there, you're just spoiled....j/k..lol

Any of you that have made roster files, did you happen to post the ratings that you gave the players in a spread sheet w/ them by any chance?

if you just download Finn's editor & use it to view the created rosters, you can examine ALL the ratings & info for every player

this could drastically help you speed up a PS2 partial update
