Anyone else have these? I look at CB tackling in the NFL and those stats are much higher than this game. Nothing I go seems to work. Can someone help me solve the issue? I'm tired of a starting CB having 5 tackles after 16 games, it's just not natural.

Do the stats for RL that you're looking at count assisted tackles? As you noticed this game does, and from what I see alot of my CB's have high numbers in the assist.

in RL I think they are counted seperate.

If you suspect a run, assign the CB to the RB of your choice or manually blitz (don't delay blitz....the cpu gets rid of the ball too quickly).

this is a bug ive been seeing for a while now-- i think it's related to the AGG attribute being set to 1 for all CBs b/c it popped up for me right around the time i made that edit in my file. weird thing is, some CBs still get their normal tackling #s during franchise, but about the large majority-- maybe 90% of them-- get assist tackles only. this is for simmed game stats btw

not sure what the solution is b/c i havent had time to experiment but you are absolutely right that this has been happening

Try raising run coverage for the CB's. Usually their rating for this is in the 30's to 50's, which is ridiculous.

no that's definitely not it in my file at least b/c it just popped up around the same time I did the AGG settings

plus, I raised cornerback RSP waaay up in my file from the default ranges. while there are maybe 8 guys in the 30s, 70% of CBs in my file are b/w 50 & 80 RSP. my minimum is 32. Conversely, in the default roster you had corners in the teens (Terrell Buckley 13 RSP) & ~50% of CBs in the file were below 50 RSP
