For myself I bought an action replay. That is if you're using the standard xbox not the 360.

So the only way to get the rosters on my 360, is to buy that Xport thing?

if you can get your hands on one, the data migration cable that comes with the 80 gb hdd (with the elites also, i think) is another option. some here have had success in getting one from MS (myself included) for free. i just called and asked if they'd sell me one, and because the guy was sympathetic because of my broken console experience, he shipped me one for free.
i think they may be catching on to why people want the cable, so if you inquire about what it would cost to get one, you may have more success.

I looked on eBay and saw a few migration cables, so i might pick one up from there. If I get it, help will be much appreciated.

u gotta love ebay....LOL

btw, look at the rosters section and read up on the various programs you can use to transfer rosters. my choice would be xport, but that's just me. if you go with it, its pretty straightforward. i'll help you as much as i can; just don't expect much, because it took me a few tries before i got it to transfer right.

Re: What Is The Easiest Way To Transfer Rosters?

The way I transferred rosters to the original XBox was by a PC to Controller female USB cable for the XBOX and used a compatible flash drive to format it as a memory card. Than I used the hacked action replay program to transfer from the PC to the flash drive. From there I put the flash drive in the USB female to XBox controller port and transferred from there.
