Global editor settings?

I have a few questions, well is really the auto update settings:

I set the Config file to the following:
230
280
320
Now every player i look at between 200-230 still says Normal after auto updating body type from weight...am I mising something here?

Also can someone explain what the Body mass Index is? Meaning what these numbers mean this is what i have them set at:
25
30
35
