Okay guys, so like many of you I am sick of the Madden games. However, I don't know how much longer I can go on without professional football players. Because I have a PS3 I can't get the updated rosters

My question to you guys is: Would it be worth it to buy a used Xbox (1) system, Action Replay, and NFL 2K5? Is 2K5 really that amazing? Honestly I'm asking, I've never really played it.

I know to me and many others that visit this forum often, the answer is absolutely yes. Once you play it for the first time, you'll be shocked at what this game offered that Madden does not to this day.

Your probably talking around $80-85 total. You'll pay $60 for Madden 09. With the XBox1, you'll not only play 2K5, but you have the possibility of still some good games for that system.

Or you'll have Madden sitting on your shelf.

I have plenty of games on the Xbox. 20+, all coming out the 9.99 and under bin. Have no rush to get a next gen system

I am going to say yes but if you want to try it out first buy it for the PS2 for $1.99.
