A couple of noob questions (seriously)

I haven't played ESPN2k5 since I couldn't play it on Xbox 360. My xbox 360 got red light of death, so I took it back and went to play my old PS2. I bought ESPN2k5 for $2.99.

I checked this forum for the first time and I'm suprised to see a lot of things different. So, I am wondering...

1) How the hell is possible to play 2k5 in Xbox 360? That's the biggest suprise.

2) How can I find updated roster/slider for my PS2? I don't have an internet connection for it yet.
