Right click on the CPU/User graphic next to the team name. (This is documented in the help file).

They don't have the same folder name. The inner most folder in a gamesave zip is what must be transferred to the Partition 3\Compatibility\Xbox1\Udata\53450030 folder on 360 hard drive.
