Can default uniforms be changed?

I just started a franchise using the latest rosters from gr18. Is there any way to change the default uniform each team uses? Can I set it up so that the Dolphins always use the 1972 uniform, for example?

I know I can change the uniforms when I play a game. The part the bugs me is when I view each week's Sportscenter highlights, I see CPU-controlled teams using default uniforms. Instead, I'd like to see the Chargers wearing their old uniforms, for example. This would also apply to franchises I've created using historic rosters.

unfortunately, the default uniform switch tool doesnt currently work in franchise-mode
