Re: NFL 2k5 HD Screenshots?

I have a 32' 720p tv with the xbox 360 hooked up to the tv with hdmi. It does look very good up close, but what about when the camera is further away like in standard mode. My seems like it has a lot of jaggies, but then you zoom in and they go away. Also, how do you change it back to 480? Is there a way to do that in game?

Re: NFL 2k5 HD Screenshots?

I don't know all the technical stuff, but I played this game on my regular XBOX (with regular red, yellow, and white cables... whatever they're called...changed video to Widescreen from the dashboard) on my 50 inch Panasonic TV today...and I thought it looked great. I usually play on a standard definition television. Standard 90's era television. It looks good on that. But in the sunlight at M&T Bank Stadium (where the Ravens play), it looked awesome. With the ESPN overlays and all that jazz, the game definitely could stack up pretty well with the sports games on the 360/PS3. It has that gleam to it.

They really used the power of the XBOX and pushed the limits with NFL 2k5. That's why I think it's such a monumental game. It pushed the envelope. I can't believe how well this game has aged. Stupid things happen, but I've played other sports games on PS3 and stupid things happen in those games too... and they're supposed to be "next generation". I'll take it.

Wrong. You can't. I played the PS2 version up-scaled to 1080p with progressive scan and smoothing on and you can't see the wrinkles.
