It has been awhile since I booted this game up. I can't seem to find where you edit the players in franchise mode.

Lol sorry i forget to mention the editor. I kinda figured that was a given with the editor. With the way he said it, i was just thinking he was talking about in-game. Sorry OP if i mislead you.
