Bad Transfer Cable??

I bought one of the hard drive transfer cables on eBay so I could update my rosters. It only cost a dollar and shipped from China. I was so excited to get it in, but soon came to the realization that it was not going to work. It didn't have MICROSOFT on the side but had XBOX 360. Have any of you had the same problems? What should I buy instead? Beware of Chinese knockoffs on eBay!!

sorry to hear that, buddy.....only call microsoft directly for a legit one. it's only 12-13 bucks or so. looks like the guy with a spare might save you....

are you sure it will not work, because i just ordered the exact same thing of ebay......thinking i can update these rosters

Tried hooking it up to several different computers and used several programs, and nothing ever happened. The computer could never see the hard drive at all. It was a complete dud.
