- I have a Playstation 3 Slim, and surely have some old PS2's somewhere around the house.
- No longer own an Xbox 360 or any Xbox consoles.

What else is needed to go about playing this game with completely updated rosters, schedule, etc.? I'm only looking to play franchise mode. Also will this work on my PS3 Slim? I don't think it's backwards compatible, but thanks for the confirmation.

Not sure man. I don't think you'll be able to play. Get yourself a 360 or an old xbox ($30 used, $100 modded probably).
