At this point how does anyone know if something like fatigue has been improved? Was this in an interview I missed or something?
Well, it may have been in an interview. But an with an astute eye you can notice in the cardinals v. rams video, at about 1:30 or so, Marshall Faulk breaks a long run. He had just run the ball a couple of times previously. Then on the next play he's not either one of the two backs in the I-formation. I think he'd been auto-subed out.
Of course it could be that the player used an on-the-fly sub, but I doubt it.
The player may have used the on-the-fly sub feature. I noticed when Marshall Faulk was in the game number 34 was his fullback (can't remember his name) once faulk left the game, 34 became the primary back and number 25 took over the fullback role (once again, can't remember the name)
Either the auto sub feature is that damn good or he used a quick sub at the play selection screen.
