Well I like the audible thing. 2 Minute drill seems to move a little unrealistically fast though. Same as last year. It should take a bit longer to get to the line.

I hate to burst you guys bubble but that 2 minute drill movie was edited. Half of those plays made it out of bounds so it was edited to let you see the whole 2 minute drill. Relax and take a few deep breathes.

You have to admit that the Offensive makes it back to the line and gets set just a little bit to fast. Watch the long catch to Porter which set up the Garner TD run

Look a few posts up. This was talked about, and your theory is wrong. Yea a couple of plays they did end early. But if you watch them carefully, you can tell which ones they edited and which they didn't. The ones they didn't, they still get back to the line way to fast. Looks just like last year.

Yes, they do get to the line of scrimmage much to quickly. Go to about 3:30 into the video and take a look at the game clock. There's 28 seconds left on the game clock at the start of the play and 22 at the end of it (a completion to Jerry Porter to about the 3 yard line). Watch the game clock from here and you can see that there is no editing and that the whole offense is up to the line of scrimmage in no time (alright 1 second).

That's much to fast. I hope, as most others do, that this is fixed.

Definitely. IT's the same as last year, and I HATED that. I thought I heard somewhere that they had fixed that, but so far doesn't look like it. Everything else looked good except for the usual. Urlacher looked like a troll running down the sidelines, and the ball still looks too big. But those aren't game killers. One thing that was really cool was the long shadows at the Meadowlands.

Look I'm telling you guys when you go out of bounds and have an incomplete pass the clock stops and there isn't any need for hurry up offense. You have a monkey turd for a coach who doesn't take the 40 seconds allotted after the stoppage of the clock. The 2 minute drill was edited so you can see the whole thing.

Watch the videos closely. Until you do, don't speak, because you are wrong.

Re: Football Friday is here 8/8/2003

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this before, but did you notice that when you no-huddle, there are plays on R and L buttons. And they weren't the same plays in the audible screens. So, does this mean that you can choose EIGHT!!! different plays plus the one you just ran?

I'm going abuse! some folks.

BTW, I totally agree that you can get to the LOS too fast. Way too fast. But, you have to remember that these games are designed to work in 5 minute quarters. What I don't like, at least in 2k3, is how you can call a normal play faster than you can no-huddle. At least the fixed the play clock bug in 2k3.
