I was wondering if after a season I can fire the head coach and hire a new one like in all the madden games?? Getting tired of seeing andy all the time!! since i use the eagles.

You can do it in the editor by just switching coaches, but you're limited to the other guys available there.

I was told you could edit PS2 rosters with the editor. Have you tried that? (Before you transfer it over to your game)

right click on the team name and click on coaching. It's there.
