Is it possible to shift linebackers away and towards the LOS?

I know you can shift you defensive line and linebackers right and left, but is it also possible to move your linebackers closer to the LOS in ESPN NFL 2K4?

Or press up... down will bunch them up and they will move down, and up will spread them apart and the OLB will move closer to the line.

Re: Is it possible to shift linebackers away and towards the LOS?

You can move you D-line, Linebackers and Secondary. By default the right analog stick controls the D-line after the huddle. If you click the right analog stick it will say "Adjust Linebackers" click it again it will say "Adjust Secondary" click it a thrid time it will go back to the D-line and say "Adjust Defensive line". Adjusting each part of the defense will pretty much go where you move the right analog stick. The D-line though pull down and the D-line will bunch up. Push it up and they will spread apart leaving the middle open.

The linebackers and Secondary is:
Down = "Tight coverage"
Up = "Loose coverage"
Right = "Cheat right"
Left = "Cheat left"

Actually, right is technically "Cheat outside" and left is "Cheat inside".

That's only true for the secondary.
