During a Franchise, can you break NFL records?

In NCAA 2004, you can break per game and per season records(maybe career, dunno yet) NCAA and school records. Can you break Team and NFL records in ESPN?

I think you can, but you'll notice it through the Crib... I think you will be rewarded for something like that.

I like how it is noted during the game, like in NCAA 2004... As long as a record is broken and it is saved for all eternity, or until I break it again or delete the franchise file.

Guess we will find out for sure early next week.

Maybe an in game record.. Like most INTs thrown or most sacks given up.

Dunno.. But, you missed the point.

The point is CAN you do that.. Not WILL I.

I usually play with the Lions(hometown team), so I am sure I will not break any records except most picks, most fumbles, most negative yards, etc.
