Another release = Another one of these stickies.

All threads regarding the availability, shipping date, stating that you have the game, want to know if "X" city has the game, etc, etc will be locked.

We do this with every "hot game" so most of you should be used to this by now.

Now for the ESPN NFL Football FAQ?

Q: When is the game shipping?
A: It ships on the 2nd which means most game stores will have the game on the shelves the 3rd. Those who order online from EB or Gamestop will get the game by the 3rd if ordering next day air.

In some cases you might see the game on the shelves on the 2nd or get an online order in early. Congratulations for those who do.


Q: Should I have prordered the game?
A: I pre-order all my games to ensure that I get the game. Some people think the pre-order system is the devil and that somehow the $5 is used to fund an evil organization. To be honest it won't affect me one bit if you get the game on release day or 10 days later. Your call.


Q: I only have a (insert store here) in my town, will I get the game on the 3rd?
A: Pull out phone book, look under (insert first initial of stores name here) in the business pages and call them.

Q: I ordered from (Ebgames and/or Gamestop) online, when are they shipping my order?
A: You can call the customer service department at

Sept 9th, That is what my local Gamestop (Westland Michigan)said......not happy But my local Eb (Dearborn, Michigan) still says the 3rd..take it for whats its worth......
