What kind of injuries are you seeing???

Hi: I am salivating just reading what you are all saying about this game. I had surgery yesterday and i can't get to the store to buy it. I might ask my girlfriend but she would tell me im too old (25). Anyway, what type of injuries have been seen thus far? I noticed someone posted jevon Kearse was out for 2 years. Are they "real" injuries and are they "real" times for recovery? I would not want to see a bruised rib being out for 10 weeks. Any input would be great...Thanks!
