Help against the Run

I just played 5 games and each running back I played passed 100 yards. The last game I played Kevan Barlow rushed for 153 yards and broke around 23 tackles. God help me because Im the Lions but whenever I have a running back in the backfield and try to tackle him he breaks 2 or 3 tackles to get a 20 yard gain. Any suggestions?

Okay, I think I can help you out here.
The bear defense is great for stopping the rush, so are some of the zones plays. Rememmber though you have to guess which way the play will go to truely stop it. You also need a team with a good D, otherwise you are dead. Use the audjustemnts to the lbs and secondary to stop the rush, even if he gets some room the lb should clean up the mess. I contained Henry from the bills in 2 games to under 60 with the Eagles/Rams/49ers. It was tough to do, but it can be done.

Also, if you have time, try to charge up your tackler and then hit X on the XBOX to tackle.
