you can only unlock stuff offline, my boy came over last night and we were playing offline. I can't remember what milestone I hit but when I checked my crib it was there.

It might have been 3 hours of offline gameplay. I will check later to be sure.

It's not 3 hours of gameplay, cause I don't have it unlocked yet and I'm WELL over 3 hours of gameplay.

I would love to know what it is as well.

I don't remember exactly how I unlocked it either but I spend a ridiculous amount of time messing with paper football. I'll check the game to see if I can see how I unlocked it. I think it was a menu milestone.

i think i read paper football is unlocked when you play a first person game, not sure if you have to complete it, i assume so

I unlocked it with playing an Exhibition game and a FPF game. I'm at work so I can't check the milestone. but it's not the 3 hour bonus.
