Lowering Kick Returns?

Hey guys,
I am not much of a football person, but I love this game. I watch football now and then and have one problem with the game that I'm sure you can help me out with.

All my kickoff returns are like 30-35 yards, for both my team and the cpu's. Even in my franchise the averages are really high, and in 4 games I've run 2 kicksoff back for TD's with Miami.

So what sliders do I change to make it so my big kick returns are a little less common? Do I increase blocking, coverage? I'm playing on All-Pro with default sliders right now.
