has anybody completed a season yet, if so How are the players progress Is it good, do players really get better when they have a good season.

Players will progress after 4 games... player progression is REALLY good this year compared to last years... you will see who progressed and by how much on each attribute with pluses and minuses. Very well implemented.

So they progress after every four games not just after the season?

I didn't say only after four games, I was just giving you an example of when they can progress after... IOW, not after the season. For me after 3 preseason games, McNabb dropped, and that makes sense, considering he's doing bad right now (about 3)% complete passes and 2 TD's). So yeah.
