I'm not sure if others have asked this, but how do you mass sub players? If I'm in a pre-season game and just want to put a bunch of second string players in, how do I do that at once, or do I just have to manually change each player out? Thanks!

Yeah, if it's there, I've missed it myself. Since it wasn't in ANY game until this season, it wouldn't surprise me if it's not here at all.
