Yeah, but some people prefer realism, and LT coming back isn't very likely. And if you don't sign him, a computer controlled team will.

The computer will try to claim the secret characters if you put them in Franchise. However, there is a way around this that I have found out and have told people before.

Load the game up without your Memory Card in (on PS2). Then, after the game boots up and you get to the main menu, load your Roster file. Then start the Franchise. Save it here, exit out, load your profile, and go back in. No sumo wrestlers, no Michael Irvin, no Walter Payton, no nobody that shouldn't be playing.

Essentially, all you have to do is start a Franchise with a profile that is set as the Active Profile that does NOT have the hidden characters unlocked.

Well you could just make a separate profile for franchise... unless unlocking them is possible in franchise. Hmmm... there should be a work around

Or you could adjust the sliders and than you only unlock crib milestones

I think you can unlock anything as long as you use your profile; I do not know if it adds unlocked players to FA as you unlock them while in Franchise mode.
