Sega definitely suffers here. Madden has had third down backs, kr and pr for at least two years. I think the formation by subs should be included in the overall roster management/depth charts without going to a saved playbook. I also think both games need to list secondary positions for players so they can be played there without losing ability. Mike Anderson was a former HB and still gets carries there (see week 2 against SD). Many offensive lineman can play anywhere on the line.

I find it hilarious that when someone finds an issue with this game, people throw them overboard.

While ESPN's roster management and stat tracking suck compared to Madden, it is much better this year. You MUST use the custom playbook/substitutions. I fixed my rosters and depth charts ONCE before the start of the season, and that's it. Just load the playbook/subs before every game (press 'Y' and team select screen) and your all set.

Look guys, espnfl's system works differently ...but to say its flawed ...I think thats going "overboard". You guys are just more accustomed to Madden's simplified system of roster management and thats cool. But please just realize ESPNFL uses a different system and that its a matter of preference. VC could definitely add the KR and PR as well Long Snapper but for right now its not that difficult to do using the formation subs. You guys Make sound like its game-breakingly tedious when it isn't.

Hmm, somehow, saying that I haven't seen the comeback AI others did doesn't seem to compare to anything in this thread.

But, with your history of BS, I won't even bother paying attention to anything else you decide to throwup.
