Cant Get the Custom SUBSTITUTIONS TO WORK!!!!!!!

Ok its driving me mad I have been trying to save my custom substitutions and it wont work what gives? Is it a bug or what?
Note I am talking about in the manage your subs section of the game has any one accomplished this if so help would be appreciated.

Make subs in your playbook.....save the edited playbook.....load your custom playbook before you play. Subs are good to go....

I dont know what I did I had a problem with this. The subs worked, but then I didnt have bear deffense and only thing I could choose on def was basic, no twists gap right etc. =/

...after you load your playbook....on the team select screen press Y and the nselect your loaded playbook.

I know how to do that but its does not work for me somethings is wrong it wont save my custome subs I know how to pick my book uits just not saving

I assume you are playing in franchise mode...
For plays and formations (such as you described the bear defensive formation disappearing from your playbook) for this to disappear from the playbook, you must have saved over it with a different file, or forgotten to load the playbook when starting the game, or perhaps ran into a strange glitch??

As for players/subs not saving, see above, or ... another thing about the subs, if one comes back from injury, or you claim a Free agent, etc... they tend to auto reset, regardless if you have no auto subs turned on in the franchise options.

If these don't help, please explain your problem in more detail, such as when you notice this, what game mode you are playing in, etc. and hopefully one of us posters can help.
