i am the eagels i mean i square this guy up with Dawkins 5 times i tried it he breaks them i dunno how to all of u that said u gotta square up like the real nfl it didnt work

at the end of the game he got 200 yards rushing on about 30 attempts. This game was online a online game. anything to help this fellow out? is it me or the game?

it's all about postioning/playcalling/gangtackling/etc... practice makes perfect.

Well to be honest sometimes it is crazy LOL. But with the charge it is not simply charge and you will bring a guy down. The charge also requires precise timing. charge too early and you could wear your defender out, which could be apart of the problem.

Bettis is one of those players that his default rating is better than they should be. Every season I always subtract 3 or 4 points from his break tackle rating. Hes not breaking tackles like he used to in real life so I fix it in my football games.

I feel you on that one. Until VC starts using updated player ratings all the online cheaters (I mean cheaters by people who aren't Steeler fans but use them only to run over your defense with a overrated Bettis) will use teams with big backs like the Steelers, Titans and Dolphins.

in order to tackle the bigger backs you have to gang tackle,also what I do some times is just try to slow him down and let some body come from behind and make the tackle.I also think that the wideouts in the game block way to effective,they're like offensive lineman as far as blocking.

Just play Legend mode online! and you won't have those problems anymore.
