Floaty passes solution

I recently bought the new Logitech Extreme Action, and beside the fact it looks awesome, it's more responsive than the standard controller. Lob passes now have more zip and bullets are truly bullets. The travel on the analog button seem to be just perfect for this game and many other that I have in my collection. The only negative is that the vibration is weaker, but extremely accurate.

It's not an imaginary problem. He's right, The balls don't travel fast enough in this game. It's alot better than in 2k3 but still not good enough

Re: Floaty passes solution

I think maybe floaty is too strong a word, but the balls like to hang it the air for a little too long, making a decent pass easy to pick. On the origianl controller, it means carefully pressing the button because if you tap it for a lob, it may hang in the air waiting to get intercepted. The CPU doesn't pass that way and neither should I. The Logitech Extreme Action made the passes more accurate. Now the lobs don't hang in the air, but aren't bullets eithers and the bullets passes are just fine. When you combine that with the fact that the controller is very responsive, my ESPN Football experience has been greatly improved.

The problem is clearly not a problem of floaty passes with the game then. The problem lies in the controller if that changes how the passes are thrown.

Re: Floaty passes solution

I use S controller and never noticed any floaty passes. I use Vick too.
