XBOX live records being reset

ok..the record were reset..ive only been online a week..what is the deal with rankings and resets and all that?

They reset every first of the month.

woah..why? I wonder is up with that? They need to improve online a lot..also save your stats too. The future of online football is tracking stats. It would be much cooler to be in leaugue that is actually set up through the server and keeps stats for the league...you could have an mvp..etc..that would be tight..then save the results..

They do it so that everyone how is just getting the game gets a fair chance to be #1. They should keep an overal total, weekly total, and a monthly total like some First Person Shooters do. I agree online stats would be nice. Personally I don't care about being #1, since that's reserved for cheesers anyway, I'd just like to see how many games I've played online.

Thanks for the info. I think next year they should really track your stats. And also make tourneys easy to do. Keep the stats, have an MVP..that would be awesome.

i find it funny that on espn football they reset the record and the stats.. espn basketball does the same thing were they reset the records but the stats stay... its there just go and see. i dont get sega or whoever did this cause espn basketball has saved stats and only reset records while espn football does it for stats and records... i guess they only care for the basketball...

I have heard that it will be in next years game. I'm not sure if it's 100% confirmed, but I'm pretty sure we can all look forward to leagues and stats for 2k5.
