there is a hell of a job to do if you want a "perfect" roster, for instance many players have a "standard" helmet instead of a "vented" or don't have the right face mask, and obviously some players are overrated/underrated ... I changed many things on the roster and it took me about three days, and it sucks that I have to do this everytime they ship another roster because none of them is excellent

I do not really think they care at this point...i'm sure they will be more accurate in the next version of the game.

Derek Pagel is still black in this game. WOW!!! 3 updates later and they still haven't fixed that. Are there anymore guys they have with the wrong race? I want to fix them all.

Donald Lee of the Dolphins (rookie TE) is black and they have his picture in the game as well. However, you would never know this when you see him on the field. I personally don't care alot about the helmets and stuff but ratings and skin colour should be better.
