I searched and I couldn't find anything so....

Can the Game Speed be changed when playing games on Live? I just got Live and quickly started up a game and I was killed when the speed was on Normal. I felt like I was playing it in slow motion. So how does one change the speed? Is it determined by who created the game? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure if you play a non-ranked game you can change the game speed in the options menu.
