ESPN NFL 2005 Interview Questions

1. (the oft-asked) Have the directional control/transitional-running anims been tweaked?

2. Will there be two buttons for tackling (the ability to tackle high/low)?

3. Will there be better weather effects for rain/snow/wind/cold; will they more dramatically effect the gameplay (other than the kicking game, with players slipping, increased fatigue, less agility, etc.)?

4. Will fatigue have a greater effect for in-game play and play over a season?

5. Will DBs/WRs react better to batted balls?

6. Will the deep passing game be a little less "unorthodox" (ground seems to come UP on deep passes); will the CPU test human players deep based on RL tendencies?

7. Any changes to the special teams play/CPU AI in the last two-minutes of halves?

Couple questions from a Madden convert:

1. Will the CPU pull their starters in preseason after the 1st quarter or after halftime? That is one thing Madden did do. This way I can play my 2nd and 3rd strings on a level playing field and see what they are capable of.

2. Will Coach Mode be back again this year? This is what caused me to try ESPN 2K4. Madden's was plagued by a sack bug and I had heard about ESPN so I traded Madden in for it. Best thing I could have done.

3. Will we have the option of playing with the roof open in Reliant Stadium?

1. For substitutions, will there be a spot for Kick Returner and Punt Returner? Also, will the left and right guards, tackles, ends, etc. be listed as seperate positions?

2. Are the drop backs for passes the same? I would like to see the qb get a little deeper on each of the seperate drops.

3. Did you make any changes to the momentum of the game?

4. Have you limited the effectiveness of the shoulder charge?

u know even thought that question was rude n mean *** hell!-i like it it's the truth n we shouldn't sugar coat anything vc should really know how we feel,so we can get more positive results..


1.did you screw up the game like the nba game to please casual pests n alienate your core sim football loving fans ? ..a.k.a selling out

2.are physics n laws of, improved--so that there are instances where lower rated players can get positive results according to such laws n how users play with them.... ?


3.is there a manual setting of conroller buttons this year
4.are there any single man tackles this year ?
5.are interceptions toned down?
6.if a fat slow o-line man catches an interception do he still breakaway for a touchdown n faster lbs & ss don't catch him?

7.do the ball still pass through players fingers n land in the wr's hands just becaus his stats are high?

8.how are lob pases this year?

9.do the ball pass through players body parts anymore?

10.did you guys make a bigger deal of the create player/team feature

11..in franchise mode do players have otions of changing city's/uniform colors/taking rookies to the training camp/getting fired and being accepted by another team..?

12.player models-are the arms given a little more lenght so they can look more real.

13.are there specific animations for players who are--short n fat/short n skinny/tall n fat or tall n skinny..would help a whole lot!

ENOUGH NAGGING..thanks for the best football game ever vc-i've been around since 2k0..n keep giving my 50.oo daollars to you guys..till the day you'll stop making sports games!

ALL CREAT PLAYER/TEAM QUESTIONS

1.can the color of created teams uniform be selected manualy,down to the color of the stripe on the pants n numbers on the jerzey?

2.can the color of the created team logo be manualy selected

3.are there team names that can be said by commentary n cities too.

4.are there many more options to the create team feature
5.can the create a player feature me matched with those of wrestling games own?

6.can we now bring created teams into the league(franchise mode) without removing an official team..
