I LOVE the playaction fake in ESPN because it looks so real. The NCAA/Madden play "fake" still bugs me because it's really a play"trickery" pass. The curson CHANGES to the running back!

Remember how Tecmo Super Bowl did the play action? No camera zoom or anything....just all cursor and identification marks disappeared so you had no clue who had the ball. If ESPN would do something like that...just eliminate the circle under all offensive players for just a sec, and then return it when done, only the offensive player would know what the heck is going on!

I agree, I'd opt not to have Madden's play action fake. I feel like even if I know it's going to be a play action fake you still get a little lost b/c of the camera angle. That's not really a fake. A fake should fool you at times but calling it on 3rd and 25 shouldn't help you at all.

The way it is now is nice. It'd be nice if it was a bit more effective but not to the extreme of the ea games IMO.
