Statement from ESPN Videogames regarding "ESPN NFL 2005" price

Interesting. The PS2 version is listed at 49.99, but the Xbox version is listed at 19.99. Is this Sega's way to combat Madden going Live?

Damn this is going to be a problem. I already had 2 pre ordered at local stores and it was never 20 so I was skeptical about this, but said what the hell LOL. Ordered 1 for a friend.

Dunno, maybe they put the real price up, but they just weren't supposed to do it until the official announcement.

I had ESPN2004 and thought it was great, but I ended up playing NCAA more because I'm more of a college FB fan. So I wasn't going to get an NFL game at all this year, at least not at release. I was just going to stick with NCAA. But for $19.99, what the hell, I went ahead and pre-ordered through EB. Hopefully, they honor the price.
