I never noticed this...actual shoulder pads under the jersey's..

Look at #56 of the Raiders "left side shoulder pad" - you can actualy see his shoulder pads thru his jersey..thats a very nice touch i must say.

That's a Reebok logo. They had it last year.

But the CAN see the color and logos on the pads through the pinholes in the jersey.

look at #56 for the raiders... right above the 56 on his arm is a little rebok logo... above that, you can see the faint image of the shoulder pad beneath the jersey.

No he means if you look closely at his shoulder(the black part) you can see through the jersey and see his shoulder pad.
