Now, what do you think it means in the pic when it says Team Salary and Cap Number? I obviously know what the terms mean, but look at the actual numbers. For example, in 2008 under team salary, it says something like 9 million? What's up with that?

That's the amount Cleveland has spent on the 2008 season so far.

I love that pic though. It's good to see the improvements compared to last year.

It means that at that point, they only have 9.99 million worth of contracts signed into the 2008 season. In other words, all the currently contracts will be ending before then.
