Yesterday, if you were on XBox Live and had ESPN NFL Football, you could've played against the guys from Yellowcard.

Uh... who's Yellowcard?

A (relatively) new face in the alternative rock* world. They have a single in Madden 2004, "Way Away", and on television and radio, "Ocean Avenue", which is the title track of their latest CD. They also have a single on the Spiderman 2 soundtrack, but I forget what the song's name is at the moment.

* = I am REALLY bad at placing bands in genres, so if they aren't quite alt. rock, don't kill me.

They're a band thats part of the "teen rock" trend we're growing through right now. They're similar to Newfound Glory, The All-american rejects, etc...basically if you can put together 4 guys with shaggy hair and a "cute" lead singer who can pretend to play guitar, you can make it big these days.
