Xbox Live League Support

Xbox Live is supposed to have "XSN Sports" type functionality that will allow leagues, stat tracking, etc. Do anyone know if this functionality will be available with the rollout of the game next week? I was under the impression that functionality would not be available until the fall.

It's not gonna be XSN Sports because that is Microsoft's, but they're gonna have improved leagues similar to the online leagues the PS2 version had last year. Hope that helps.

Yes, thanks. More importantly though is do you know if it will be available starting next week with the rollout of the game or do we have to wait until later in the fall?

How was the Ps2 leagues last year? Was it set up for tournaments and season play? Also did you have to play with the same team for each game you played?

When it worked it was great, u controlled 1 team during a season and the stats look just like what u see on espn.com during football season. (standings, leaders, team stats, etc.) *I never saw tournaments but leagues could range from 4 to 32 teams.

Can a mod help out please. I know SOMEONE has to be plugged in to know whether XBOX Live 3.0 will be at full functionality next week for setting up league play. I already know what it WILL be able to do, it's the WHEN that I am concerned with.
