it was a pretty good read, but I really don't like those guys over at Gamespot.

I usually don't either but like it or not, they seem to be the most honest (sometimes brutally), and therefore the most credible.

It seems that they've (VC) reverted to the earlier style where the defense would drop passes instead of picking them off. Also that out pass issue is from an earlier era. I hope it doesn't affect online play significantly.

That out pass thing is really bothering me . I mean you know every one will use it if it works all the time . I sure hope its not true.

"Interception fest..."???? What game is he talking about? Other than that, I thought it was a nice preview.

Gamespot is brutal like the guy above said and the preview was really good.. Some of you guys GOTTA get it through your heads that there are gonna be flaws,etc in games, i still havent seen a flawless game yet and i been gaming over 20 years. Overall i was pleased with the read but remember as always, this is just coming from one person's opinion so dont base your positives or negatives behind it, wait til you play it yourself and besides out of all the people that has played it ..this is the first time we even heard of such issues.

We already know its gonna kick f'n a$$ no matter what.

yea, but pretty much all the problems he's had are probably because he's playing on the "default" pro level. Ex... he said it's to easy to catch, money plays, and that he can sack the cpu a lot. IMO, ESPN would have higher reviews if they just dropped the rookie setting, and went with pro, all-pro(default) and legend. Cause the reviewers usually base their reviews on the default setting and pro is just to easy. IGN did the same thing.

And when has the 2k series ever been an intercept fest. I think he got a little confused on that one.

Last year on pro I could usually get 4 or more interceptions with the vikings. I'd say that is an interception fest. Though on all-pro its tougher and more realistic.
