Please tell me there IS a way to DELEGATE WEEKLY TRAINING?

FOlks, I am floored by the level of detail this game gives the Arm Chair Coach to prep their team and players each week with all the training, coaching, and meeting options but please tell me there is some way to delegate it to your coaching staff if you dont want to spend several hours before each game week to improve your team's skill?

I know I can simply just advance the TIME by hitting the START button but if you dont manually assign training to all of your roster, they take a huge SKILL and RATINGS hit by the end of the week before game time.

Is there some way to assign the weekly player training and/or prepping to your coaches or something?
