Getting better at weekly prep...
Man, if you keep messing around with how much rest you give your players versus how much you work them out, you can really see some big gains. I gave my players a half day off on friday vs. a whole day off, and used the extra time fore rehabilitation of injured players, and my staring FB back went up 7 points. I guess sometimes you can rest them too much. One week I didn't rest them enough and my rookie tight end injured himself.
This weekly prep stuff is seriously addictive...I can't stop messing around with it.
