Since the recent happenings from this morning about Ricky Williams, can we just put him retired, or do we have to wait for the next Rosters to download in order to do that?

you can cut him from the roster and then edit all of his ratings to zero and no one will pick him up.

Of course, you have to do this before you start your franchise since you can't edit ratings in franchise.
